Delete your account
In the app, open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. It removes your account, friends, photo, leaderboard history and synced data straight away. Deleting your account doesn't cancel Plus; do that in your Apple account settings.
Manage or cancel Plus
Plus is billed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page.
Your card order
For an existing card order, use the receipt emailed by Stripe. Orders placed while signed in, or with the same email as your account, show in the app under the card screen's "Your orders", including tracking once it's posted. We only post to the US for now.
A block won't stop, or won't start
Locklandia uses Apple's Screen Time. If blocks don't hold, check that Screen Time access is allowed for Locklandia in iPhone Settings, then open the app once. You can always delete the app or turn off Screen Time. Locklandia makes quitting annoying, not impossible.
Reports and blocking
Report or block anyone from their profile. Blocking hides you from each other straight away. A photo reported by three different people is taken down automatically, and a name reported by three different people is replaced with a neutral one.
